This unique apple butter is for those who like it a bit more tart!
We stewed Evercrisp apples from Red Barn Orchards in Ellijay, GA with a mix of their fresh apple cider and apple cider vinegar, then cooked the mixture again with organic cane sugar and whole vanilla bean. A dash of maple syrup and a whole cinnamon stick in each jar give it that "je ne sais quoi".
Serve as a condiment with roasted ham or turkey, or slather on your morning English Muffin.
This product keeps for 6 months in cool dark storage. Refrigerate after opening. This product is vegan.
