From the makers of Ticklemore, comes a lovely, rich sheep's milk blue, Beenleigh Blue. Inspired by Roquefort, Beenleigh has a firmer, yet still creamy texture and while full of flavor is milder than it's French cousin. It also uses a vegetarian friendly rennet.
